A natural extension to the Mortgage Brokerage is a private mortgage lending company.

In 1988 John Chase envisioned being able to provide his customers with full service, including those clients that didn’t qualify under typical lenders’ guidelines. So his company “Onitario Investments Ltd.” was borne. This private mortgage company gives the agents at Chase Financial an in-house option that many agents don’t have – an on-site Lender.

When we have clients that are in a difficult or unusual situation, John can look at a deal and approve it immediately; he is available to listen to a long explanation for a situation that can’t be input into a computer; his decisions are not computer generated, he uses the common-sense approach. This gives Chase Financial more flexible financing options as well as quick turnaround time.

The rate for private funds varies as the rate is relative to the risk involved, but private lenders are willing to take risks that banks and trust companies won’t. John understands various difficult situations and is always willing to listen to your explanation of how or why you are in the position where you require private funds.

Ultimately, everyone at Chase Financial works towards our clients’ overall financial health. We want you to be comfortable with your payments and be able to work towards your own personal financial goals.
